I know this is rather old news by now, but I recently went in and checked by Feedburner stats on who's watching my feeds, and was greeted by:

Needless to say, a little suprising. Turns out Google added reader stats so that apps like Feedburner can figure out how many readers you have at Google. Interesting stuff... kind of interesting at how many people use RSS nowadays. (Note to self: try not to muck up the Good-Tutorials RSS feed any time soon!)
A rogue thought popped up today that I thought it would be interesting to hear your answers to: what's the average feed subscription rate?
Personally, I'm subscribed to 73 feeds right now using NetNewsWire Lite. NetNewsWire suits me just fine, particularly since it syncs my feeds between different Macs seamlessly. But I digress. 73 feeds for me right now, though it could probably be a lot more since I really try to slim down wherever possible and only subscribe to feeds that I get a lot out of. I've never really seen the point of categorizing feeds and putting them into filter folders either ("Apple", "Design", whatever)- I just have NetNewsWire set up to move unread feeds to the top of my list and I knock them off from there.
What's your deal?
